Everbright Health launches to expand access to advanced mental health care

October 14, 2025 · The Everbright Team

Today we’re announcing the launch of Everbright Health — a tech-enabled services platform that helps mental health providers deliver advanced interventions as part of routine care. We’re launching with $7 million in seed funding, led by W Health Ventures and Sanos Capital, and partnerships spanning more than 75 providers across seven markets.

Why we started

Mental health care has made real progress in expanding access to therapy and medication. But for millions of people, that isn’t enough. Nearly 60 million Americans live with mental illness and more than 15 million experience serious mental illness — and up to half don’t improve with standard care. Effective, FDA-approved interventions exist, yet more than 90% of eligible patients have never received them.

Mental health care has made real progress in expanding access to therapy and medications. But for millions of people, they need more. We’re building a future where every mental health provider can deliver a full spectrum of care, including advanced interventions that many patients need to get better.

— Ben Kuhn, Co-founder and CEO

How the model works

Everbright enables providers to integrate advanced interventions like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® into everyday practice. We bring the specialized clinical infrastructure, AI-enabled technology, and operational management that independent practices need to offer these treatments — without having to build it all themselves.

For the practices we partner with, that turnkey model is the difference between knowing about a treatment and being able to deliver it:

Everbright made it possible for us to offer treatments we had long known about but weren’t equipped to deliver. They bring a turnkey model that fits into our existing practice, so our patients get access to more treatment options and a truly integrated care experience.

— Richard Connell, CEO of Oria Health

Where this is headed

Our investors see the same shift we do. As Dr. Pankaj Jethwani, Managing Partner at W Health Ventures, put it: “We’re bullish on tech-enabled, asset-light management services organizations. Advanced psychiatric interventions are on the cusp of becoming mainstream care.”

This launch is the beginning of that work. If you’re a provider who wants to bring advanced interventions to your patients, we’d love to get in touch.
